Deputy Care Home Manager: Lead & Develop Quality Care

The Highlands is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home in Tyne & Wear. You will ensure high standards of care, oversee staff, and maintain regulatory compliance, while empowering service users to live fulfilling lives.

You will report to the Registered Manager, contribute to planning and evaluation, and promote best practices, enabling the team to deliver person-centred care and safeguarding for adults with complex needs.
