Tower Hamlets GP Care Group is recruiting a Perinatal Mental Health Community Nursery Nurse for the Waltham Forest Family Hubs Parent and Baby Emotional Wellbeing Service. The role supports parents with mild to moderate perinatal mental health and attachment needs.
Fixed term contract to June 2027, with potential for secondments or progression within a collaborative network alongside midwives, health visitors and specialist clinicians.
