Security Officer — 4-on/4-off Patrol & CCTV

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking several Security Officers (Band 3) to help safeguard staff, patients and visitors across hospital premises. The role features 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shifts, with nights or days, and involves patrolling, CCTV monitoring, access control and rapid response to alarms or incidents.

You will work within a proactive security team, using strong communication and de‑escalation skills to maintain a safe environment in a busy healthcare setting.
