Regional Clinical Development Nurse — Lead Quality Across 6 Homes

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead and support clinical governance and quality of care across six of our care homes in the region. You will review KPI data monthly, analyse results and implement practical improvements with the regional team.

You must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a track record in care homes, including mentoring and training. Regular travel is essential to cover the regional portfolio.
