Senior Leader, Workplace Service Delivery & Digital Services

National Highways is recruiting a Lead Service Delivery Manager in a hybrid role. You will drive delivery and continual improvement across Workplace Services, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers to ensure value for money and alignment with strategic objectives.

You will lead service risk, performance and capacity management, and deputise for the Head of Service when needed, shaping digital workplace services and ITIL-aligned operations across the organisation.
