Senior Manager, MIDAS Digital Service Delivery

National Highways is strengthening its Digital Services function and recruiting for a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS. You will own the operational performance, reliability and continual service improvement of this critical roadside technology service, coordinating across operational teams, suppliers and asset managers.

The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office, with base in any National Highways office location in the UK and some travel for team meetings.
