Hybrid IT Service Delivery Lead for Strategic Accounts

A&O IT Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts. You will develop and sustain strong customer relationships, ensure contract SLAs are met, and maintain commercial control including P&L for your portfolio.

You will retain existing business while identifying growth opportunities with sales and bid teams, providing data for bid documents, and leading service reviews.
