Front Desk & Membership Sales Assistant

City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for WV Active. You’ll be the front of house representative, delivering excellent service, creating a welcoming, warm and professional environment for all visitors, and supporting the Sales & Service Manager in memberships.

The role is fixed — permanent, 37 hours per week, full-time, with shift work to include occasional weekends at Central and Aldersley.
