Senior Director — Real Estate Portfolio Monitoring

OakNorth is seeking a senior real estate lending and credit risk professional to own post‑origination credit risk for a diversified portfolio including residential and commercial real estate, student housing, co-living and property‑backed loans.

You will monitor annual reviews and covenant testing, manage RCFs and loan‑on‑loan facilities, and take in‑life credit decisions. Collaboration with an India analyst team and engagement with senior stakeholders will be key.
