Hybrid Preconstruction Manager – Lead Multi-Project Delivery (London)

Kier Group’s Building Solutions South team in London is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join in a hybrid role based in London/South. You will lead Pre-Construction activities and guide teams across bids to delivery.

You will coordinate with governance, commercial, estimating, planning and design management, manage client relationships, and identify risks to de-risk projects up to £20m within construction and refurbishment schemes.
