Residential Senior Care Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to support our residents with warm, person-centred care. You will lead a team of care staff, provide on-shift supervision, training, and delegate duties while ensuring dignity and comfort.

You will administer and order medications, review care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nurses and residents’ families to deliver high-quality care. Previous leadership experience in a residential setting is essential.
