Digital Banking Support Specialist: Money Confidence

TSB in Stevenage is seeking a Money Confidence Expert (Digital) to support personal banking customers in using digital channels and deliver a personalised human experience.

In this role you will help customers feel confident, capable and in control of their finances across face-to-face, telephone and video channels, building trust and loyalty. The base salary is £24,700 from day one with a benefits package including private healthcare, pension up to 13%, 25 days holidays and flexible benefits.
