Charity Shop Manager: Lead a Caring Retail Team

Sue Ryder Spalding is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead our charity shop on Francis Street. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage volunteers, and ensure excellent donor and customer service.

You’ll plan staffing from a large volunteer team, maintain merchandising standards, and work with the local community to keep donated stock flowing. The role requires strong IT and admin skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
