Primary Source Care are recruiting for Registered Nurses (RGNs) to work at our client’s service in St Albans, Hertfordshire providing high quality nursing support to adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
We offer full time, part time and ad-hoc positions with hourly rates of £15.00 – £20.00. You’ll assess care needs, develop health action plans, administer medications and respond to health concerns, including night shifts.
