Mechanical Project Manager (Freelance) – Office Fit-Outs

CSC Recruitment Ltd in Central London is seeking an experienced Freelance Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical packages on commercial office fit out schemes. You will be responsible for Cat A and Cat B works with project values from £50k to £1m, coordinating HVAC, ventilation, LTHW and BMS, and taking ownership of delivery on a fast-paced, hands-on basis.

The role covers sites from King’s Cross to the West End, with a typical split across several smaller projects or full-time presence
