Contracts Manager — Clear Path to Contracts Director (NW)

Calibre Search is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to own live schemes and progress into Contracts Director. The role covers management across the North West, with contracts valued from £500k to £6 million and a total portfolio around £15 million.

You’ll lead programmes, budgets and teams, build strong client and subcontractor relationships, and report on progress and financial performance to senior management, with a clear progression path.
