Area Manager – Community-Focused Pub Network

Punch Pubs is seeking an Area Manager – Unity Social to lead a portfolio of pubs operated by self-employed partners and to drive exceptional guest experiences across communities.

You’ll coach operators, build strong local connections, and ensure high operational standards while focusing on growth, compliance, and local marketing initiatives. This role is based in Scotland with travel to pubs. You will report to the Unity Social Operations Director and work with the Group Strategy team.
