City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Adult Registered Nurse for a field-based LD complex care role, with a hybrid office-based setup and regular travel to service users in South London and surrounding areas.
You will assess and review care packages, train care workers, provide clinical supervision, and work with ICBs, Social Services, NHS hospitals and learning disability settings, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and no night shifts.
