Head of Commercial – Social Housing Regeneration

Howells Recruitment is partnering with a leading regeneration contractor to recruit a Head of Commercial for the Midlands/North region. This role oversees regional profitability across planned maintenance, decarbonisation/retrofit and repairs projects with Housing Associations, Local Councils and RSLs.

You will lead procurement, risk management, pre/post-contract activities and foster a culture of people development within the commercial team.
