Housing Support Worker – 24/7 Emergency Response

Town and Country Housing is seeking a compassionate Housing Support Worker in Ashford to deliver a responsive wellbeing service to residents, including a 24-hour emergency response during your shift. You’ll support tenants to sustain tenancies and help keep schemes safe and well maintained.

Working closely with the Housing Officer, you’ll carry out essential administrative tasks and take action on repairs, helping create a safe, supportive environment.
