Emergency Dispatch Controller, 4 on 4 off, 24/7

Northamptonshire Police is recruiting for a Staff role at Force Headquarters in Northampton. You will answer emergency 999 calls and non‑emergency 101 calls, provide public guidance, carry out risk assessments, and allocate and dispatch the appropriate resources to incidents to ensure proper resolution.

The role follows a core 4 on 4 off pattern (two 12‑hour days, two 12‑hour nights) with other rota options.
