Spirehouse Recruitment is assisting a Birmingham-based law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor. The role focuses on non-contentious property work within a busy real estate department.
You will handle acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, portfolio management, secured lending, and landlord/tenant matters, alongside senior fee earners. A minimum of 3 years’ PQE is required with a commercial mindset and strong client service.
