Regional Operations Lead – Soft FM, Travel‑Ready

SBFM in Swindon is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead delivery of soft FM services across our Swindon region. The role involves overseeing client accounts, managing a large team, and ensuring profitability while meeting safety standards.

You will travel regularly to client sites, coordinate with HR and health and safety, and drive continuous improvement. Flexibility, weekend work occasionally, and longer travel may be required.
