Commercial Counsel — Contracts, IP & Compliance

Frasers Group is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to review, negotiate, draft and advise on a wide range of supplier and business partnership contracts across the Group’s commercial, supply chain, concessions, events, marketing, ecommerce, franchising, licensing, IT, outsourcing and finance functions.

You will handle disputes, CAP-code compliant promotions, regulatory liaising with ICO/ASA, and advise on IP licensing.
