Live Events Operations Lead

Arts Council England is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant House Manager for Bristol Beacon. This full-time role (37 hours per week) offers a salary of £29,706 per annum and a key focus on delivering first-class customer service across intimate to sell-out shows.

You’ll coordinate event set-ups, manage stewarding teams, liaise with artists and clients, and support daily operations, staffing, safety and guest care to keep venues show-ready and welcoming at all times.
