Head of Asset Management – Housing & Sustainability

Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd. are seeking a Head of Asset Management to lead a Housing Association’s asset strategy in Sussex. You will oversee maintenance, repairs, and income collection, and drive digital improvements across a £10m portfolio.

The role requires MCIOB and/or CIH Level 4/5 or equivalent, and a proven track record in social housing leadership. A full UK driving licence is essential, with site visits across Sussex and Surrey.
