Senior Highways Construction Manager – Change & Planning

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a long‑term highways project in Oxfordshire. You will drive Change Management, oversee planning, drawings and earthworks, and coordinate with site teams to minimise disruption.

You will report to the Project Manager and provide direction on how changes affect site operations, requiring CSCS and proven highways management experience. This is a 12‑month+ contract with IR35 considerations.
