Adult Social Care Debt Recovery Officer

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Debt Support Officer for Adult Social Care in Portsmouth. You will join the Financial Assessments, Income and Recovery Team to support ASC clients in recovering debts and improving financial stability.

The role requires empathetic debt recovery, strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage with clients, representatives and care teams. Hybrid working is available with some site attendance.
