Financial Accountant — M&A Integrations & Consolidations

Trinity House Group in Dudley is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the central finance team, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. The role focuses on acquisition-related accounting and integrating new businesses into the group.

You will own the monthly consolidation, lead PPA and fair value assessments, manage cash flow forecasting, and collaborate with auditors. A qualified ACA/ACCA with FRS102 experience is required, with hybrid working and clear path toward senior finance roles.
