The grill is the heart of The Bird, our boutique hotel with a bold personality, and we’re looking for the chef who’ll stand at it. Vibrant rooms, a sun-drenched terrace and big personalities all orbit around one thing: cooking over fire, done brilliantly. Whole fish over embers. Aged beef kissed by flame. Vegetables straight on the grate. Fresh, local and seasonal.
