We are looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys working with data, solving problems and uncovering insights that can support better business decisions.
Working across different areas of the Group, you will develop a strong understanding of our operations and use data to analyse performance, identify trends and opportunities, and improve how we measure and understand our business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and developing weekly reporting across each company within the Group.
- Analysing, interpreting and presenting key business data and insights to senior management.
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Identifying trends, patterns and opportunities within data to support informed business decision-making.
- Responding to ad-hoc data and analysis requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Working closely with Finance, HR, IT and Health & Safety to understand and support their reporting requirements.
- Reviewing existing reporting processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and consistency.
- Supporting the development of key performance measures and methods of analysing business performance.
- Ensuring data and reporting outputs are accurate, reliable and presented clearly.

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Location: Head Office, 61 Carrickfergus Road, Ballynure.
? What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Practical experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
- A working knowledge of SQL.
- The ability to communicate data and insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
Desirable:
- A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with data modelling and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes.
- Experience using Microsoft Power Automate and/or Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience creating and administering Microsoft SharePoint Online sites, including SharePoint Lists.
