Fit-Out Site ManagerLocation: Dublin-based, with travel throughout Ireland and the UKSalary: Approximately €65,000, negotiable depending on experienceType: Full-time

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee commercial, retail and interior fit-out projects across Ireland and the UK.

The initial project is a six-week hospital fit-out in Dublin, with future projects typically lasting 420 weeks and ranging in value from €50,000 to €5 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Monitor progress, materials, labour and site health and safety.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and project teams.
• Assist on the tools when required to keep projects moving.

Requirements

• Experience in fit-out, shopfitting or interior construction.
• Strong site management, organisational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to manage sites independently.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ireland and the UK.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, adaptable Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality projects and is happy to get hands-on when necessary.
