Cybersecurity Technical Lead for OT & Energy Systems

Digital Waffle is seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Lead to drive secure-by-design solutions across critical OT/ICS projects within the energy sector. You will guide engineering and service teams, design robust security architectures for software and hardware, and oversee security validation activities including FAT/SAT.

The role requires IEC 62443/IEC 623 knowledge, strong communication with stakeholders, and experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and encryption protocols in OT environments.
