Senior Social Worker, CYPDS (0–25) Disabilities

London Borough of Camden is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Children and Young People’s Disability Service (CYPDS), supporting disabled children, young people and families from birth to adulthood.

This role involves managing a varied caseload, undertaking statutory assessments, safeguarding interventions and care planning, working with families and professionals across health, education, housing and voluntary services.
