Hotel Project Manager – Central London (£75k-£95k)

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for a central London hotel project valued up to £50m. The role focuses on leading delivery from pre-construction to handover, coordinating the site team, subs and suppliers, and ensuring programme, cost, quality and safety targets are met.

You will act as the main client contact, work with the design team, and partner with the commercial team on cost control and changes. Strong leadership and stakeholding skills are essential.
