ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY (OTA) MANAGER

• Manage end-to-end ticketing processes,ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle reissues and refunds with exceptionalattention to detail and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize New Distribution Capability (NDC) tooptimize the booking experience.
• Apply knowledge of Low-Cost Carriers (LCC)in ticketing and booking procedures.
• Leverage abilities with various GlobalDistribution Systems (GDS) to provide seamless travel solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a travel agency orsimilar role, preferably as a Senior Travel Executive.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing, reissue,refunds, NDC, LCC, and GDS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills to connect with clients and partners effectively.
• Detail-oriented with exceptionalproblem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with at least 2 GDS systems(Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre)
