As an experienced, qualified Social Worker,you’llhandle safeguarding, complexcasesand resource allocation, helping adults leaving hospital achieve to the best outcomes.

Whatyou’lldo:

• Lead and manage Senior Case Workers and Social Workers.
• Handle a small, complex caseload.
• Assessrisk.
• Support the duty function and deputise for the Team Manager.
• Assistin strategic planning and service delivery.
• Provide regular supervision and support to team members.

Whatwe’relooking for:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE).
• Experience in safeguarding, complex case work and resource allocation.
• Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
