Assistant Director, Financial Diligence – IPOs

EY-Parthenon in Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Director to lead financial due diligence on high-profile IPOs and transactions. You will work with a high-performing cross-disciplinary team and provide insights and evidence-based conclusions to clients, banks and investors.

You will plan, scope and deliver multi-disciplinary reports, coach junior staff, and build strong client relationships across EY’s UK and international network.
