Care Team Leader – 12-Month Contract (Dementia Care)

Aster Group in London is seeking a Care Team Leader for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover at Rathmore House, Central and Cecil. You will lead a team of care professionals, ensuring person-centred care and a warm, welcoming environment.

You’ll supervise shifts, manage medication, and uphold CQC standards. A Level 2 Diploma is essential and you may be working towards Level 3. DBS check required. 37 hours per week, 12-hour shifts across three days.
