Residential Estate Manager – Lead Team & Budgets

Abbatt Group is seeking a diligent Residential Estate Manager to lead a Lewisham development. You will directly supervise a team of six, including an Estate Assistant, and ensure all communal areas are well presented, serviced, and maintained to the highest standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of service charges, budgeting and health and safety, with regular meetings with residents associations and contractors.
