What You’ll Be Doing
Building and developing relationships with technology clients and hiring managersWinning new business and growing existing accountsSourcing and engaging specialist technology professionalsManaging the end-to-end recruitment processNegotiating commercial agreements and closing dealsDeveloping deep market expertise within your chosen technology verticalWorking towards individual and team revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year’s recruitment experienceExperience recruiting within SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, SaaS, Software, Hardware, or another technology marketStrong business development and relationship-building skillsCommercially driven and motivated by performanceAmbitious, resilient and career-focusedExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
