HR Business Partner
Our client, a lead manufacturer are looking for an experienced HRBP to come in and take control of the companies HR duties. This is a standalone role and the successful candidate will have full autonomy of the HR department.

Main Duties:
Recruitment & selection
Provision of advice to front line managers
Management of employee relations
Performance management
Absence management
Design and delivery of inductions and training
Demonstration of knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices
Provide guidance, advice and support to all staff and managers on any employment issues
The Person will be able to demonstrate:
A professional and confident approach to working relationships
Great communication and literacy skills
Minimum of 3-5 years experience at Senior HR Officer level
Experience of working within an environment that can require sensitivity, high levels of self-awareness and a level of regulatory compliance
Experience of managing a variety of administrative tasks
