Transition & Year 7 Lead — Pastoral & Curriculum Mentor

Saint Andrews Limited is seeking an experienced teacher to play a central role in securing smooth transitions for students entering the secondary phase. The role involves working with pupils across KS2–KS4, with a reduced teaching load and a focus on those performing below peers, supported by a strong pastoral team.

The successful candidate will have leadership experience within a year group or pastoral settings and may teach phonics, numeracy, and core skills to help learners thrive.
