Hospital Reception Supervisor – Patient Experience Leader

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Reception Supervisor to lead our reception team in a busy hospital setting. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunch break, based in St Leonards-on-Sea.

You will oversee daily operations of the reception area, supported by the Reception Manager, and manage a team of receptionists to deliver professional, efficient, and compassionate service to patients, visitors and staff.
