Orchard Ward Healthcare Support Worker – Rehab & Recovery

HCRG Care Group is seeking a compassionate Health Care Support Worker for Orchard Ward (SWICC) in Swindon. The role involves assisting patients with daily living, mobility and rehabilitation alongside a multidisciplinary team, across a 30-bed General Rehabilitation Ward.

The post requires caring individuals who can work flexibly across seven days, including weekends and bank holidays. Training will be provided to support care certificates and professional development within our supportive Trust
