We are working with a highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm on a search for an Associate to join its established and growing International Private Client team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 3+ PQE Private Client lawyer with international experience to join a collaborative team advising high-net-worth individuals and families across a broad range of jurisdictions.
The Opportunity
The London team has a strong international focus and advises clients on complex cross-border private client matters, including work involving UK, French and wider European clients.
The successful Associate will:
- Manage their own caseload of international private client matters.
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex cross-border issues.
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated matters.
- Build relationships with intermediaries and professional contacts.
- Contribute to business development, networking and the growth of the practice.
- Develop their own niche or area of sector expertise.
- Supervise, delegate to and support more junior members of the team.
About You
We are keen to speak with lawyers who have:
- 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client.
- Strong experience of international / cross-border private client matters.
- Experience managing their own files and client relationships.
- Excellent technical and client management skills.
- A commercially minded and proactive approach.
- An interest in developing their own profile and business network.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers would be advantageous.
