Night Senior Carer – Lead Care Team & Clinical Support

At Barchester Healthcare, a Night Senior Carer is needed in one of our care homes to supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, supporting the Deputy General Manager. You will assist the clinical team with medications, assessments, care plans and reviews, always upholding dignity and resident-centred care.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, demonstrates warmth and reliability, with opportunities for ongoing training and career progression
