Senior Allocator – Temporary

We’re recruiting for an experienced temporary allocator to join the head office team of a leading fashion retailer based in London.

This is a temporary opportunity offering weekly pay through the agency payroll, ideal for someone with previous retail merchandising or allocation experience who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate stock across stores and online to maximise availability and sales.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish products based on trading performance.
• Analyse sales and inventory data to support allocation decisions.
• Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Distribution teams.
• Support seasonal launches, promotions, and stock movements.
• Maintain accurate reporting and allocation records.

About You

• No notice period and can start immediately
• Previous experience in an allocator or merchandising assistant role within a retail head office.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
