Housing Move-On Officer — Temp Accommodation Pathways

Trafford Council is seeking a Temporary Accommodation Move on Officer to support households in temporary and emergency accommodation, ensuring move-on pathways to permanent housing. You will manage HMO accommodation, rent arrears, ASB or repair issues while empowering residents to sustain tenancies.

You will work with diverse groups, partners and frontline teams to reduce time spent in temporary accommodation and achieve high performance in housing services.
