Store Customer Experience Lead – Retail Manager

ASDA in Darlaston is hiring a Customer Manager to be the main ambassador for customer service across the store. You’ll lead the Service, Back Office, Security and Cleaning Teams and act on customer feedback to drive improvements from car park to checkout.

As the eyes and ears of our customers, you’ll listen to feedback, run listening groups and collaborate with external partners to meet standards. The role requires proven store leadership and a passion for service.
